Real review! I placed my order with Wisconsin Cheeseman on 12/13/2020 and they didn't ship it. It was a Christmas gift for my 90 yr old father. And even though they had my email and my phone number, they didn't contact me to tell me until I received a letter from them that arrived the day AFTER Christmas telling me that the order didn't ship. Their claim was that Visa denied the charge. How odd that is since no other charges of mine have been declined...ever. Then, when I contacted customer service as soon as W.C. was open again after Christmas, I was told that the item was now out of stock. I was offered no suggestion for other items, no "we're sorries, here's a discount" for your trouble. Customer service offered nothing to me to seem customer friendly at all. I will never order from Wisconsin Cheeseman and will not recommend them to anyone.
