I placed an order on the company's website after receiving a catalog in the mail. A few days later, I checked the order status to ensure the gift would arrive on time, only to find that it was canceled with no communication from them. If I hadn't checked, I would have been completely unaware and trusted it would arrive on schedule.
If I could rate this company lower than one star, I would. They didn’t have two of the items I wanted to order. When I asked for a discount to make the order more manageable, they refused to help. I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

This is a scam! I ordered something my wife really wanted, but the next day the status showed it was cancelled without any reason or notification. When I called, the representative struggled with English and claimed I had cancelled the order. This is not how we treat each other.
