I tried to resolve an issue and they hung up on me, then they blocked me from calling them from my phone. When I tried to chat, I got a useless robot. When I insisted, an agent finally spoke, but they didn't resolve the problem and closed the chat because I was "offline." I didn't even have 10 seconds to respond. WISE DOESN'T WANT TO RESOLVE ANYTHING AT ALL. Very disappointed.
