Waiting a month now for a tax statement. Almost certainly going to miss deadline as a result.
Support are quick to respond, but poor quality. A couple of times I've been told I have received the document in question, but have not (as confirmed by different people on support).
I can't comprehend how this isn't something which can be done in an automated way in this day and age.

The response below is a perfect example of the poor quality responses from support.
Yes, a tax statement can be requested through the path suggested. This request then takes "up to 10 working days" before the statement can be downloaded.
In addition to this, there is the following banner:
Tax statement production is experiencing delays
If you’ve already requested your statement, we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
And I have been waiting over a month for several of these statements. All have the status "requested" next to them - no link to download them (as I have with one requested and available from over a year ago).
