This service is a complete fraud! I reserved a vehicle through the company with the recommended insurance for a rental in Las Vegas. After a long 12-hour flight, when we arrived at the rental desk, we were told that our insurance didn’t cover the rental, and we had to purchase their insurance or we wouldn’t get a car! I felt coerced into spending an additional $400 since it was late, we were exhausted, and needed to reach our hotel. Furthermore, the rental location was two shuttle buses away from the airport, which we weren’t informed about either. I strongly recommend choosing reputable companies at the airport for rentals. It’s much more cost-effective in the long run. In response to the company’s reply: All rentals are off-site, but the location I dealt with was TWO shuttle buses away, and you are intentionally missing the point. I was forced into purchasing their insurance, as evident from other reviews about your service! I even requested to cancel the insurance within an hour of my rental, but you denied my request. I stand by my assertion that this is a fraudulent service with no genuine customer support, just empty reassurances.
