Dislike the hassle it is to get a hold of somebody to talk to. Tried numerous of times to change the payment date my insurance comes out on and been told it’s going to charge me to move it and also been told I cannot do this! How do they expect me to pay on time if not allowing customers to move the payment date to a day that suits the customer. Very unhappy with this.
