Done due dillegence checks by calling and speaking to them before signing up on line and never once told that premium would go up if score went down. Called them today as policy due to renew next month and i will NOT be using them again as the rep on phone just kept saying he couldnt comment when i asked if i would get a refund. He said the score would have had to go up a clear 10 points in order to get a refund and its actually gone up over 20 points but he still couldnt comment. Sureley their system should show real time scoring if that is waht they are basing the increase on? very robotic in his speal and no resolution
