I am absolutely appalled!

What can I say? I am absolutely APPALLED. I have been with this company since I started driving and every year, even though I was down for automatic renewal, wise driving would CANCEL my policy, and I’d have to spend hours trying to fix the issue, ever year, which they admitted, was an error on their part. This year was no different, my renewal date comes along and lo and behold… it’s cancelled my policy, AGAIN!! Now, I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to resolve this issue, even with agents from the company getting confused as to what’s happening and why. Wise driving have cancelled my policy multiple times for the past 3 months, all of which I have had to ring up and resolve as I don’t receive any letters they send me for a weeks on end and the sheer lack of emails is shocking considering that is their main form of communication!!! Wise driving took my debit card details as I thought I’d FINALLY sorted this awful, time consuming and tedious task with having to open a new insurance policy AGAIN, I get an email to say they’ve cancelled my policy again. Even though the agent on the phone took my card details and explained the policy thoroughly, they failed to tell me that I’d have to pay a deposit, hence another cancellation. Bearing in mind, I am a student nurse working full time trying to get by and pay my bills, I do not have the time to be phoning up this company multiple times a day, I’d even have the different agents on the phone recognising me as soon as I rang, due to the stupid amount of time I spent trying to resolve this issue, even though the error was on wise driving’s part!! Today, I found out that my policy had been cancelled AGAIN and that on Monday, a note was made letting the team at wise driving know that they can’t reinstate my policy due to them cancelling it so many times so needlessly, resulting in me, spending my Friday evening frantically looking for new car insurance from a different provider. Oh, and I wasn’t made aware of this note either, as I was told someone would ring me up ASAP to let me know about the situation. So if I would’ve have rang up in the spare 2 hours I had tonight, I could’ve been driving without insurance for months!! How dangerous. I can honestly say I have been treated SO poorly by wise driving, the only decent people seem to be the agents who answer the phones, who actually sound like they want to sort the issue. I am absolutely disgusted. After all of this, bearing in mind my driving score (black box) is almost perfect and I have no claims, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee of £75!! Even though, I had no intention of ever wanting to cancel my policy, it was a massive error that apparently no one in the wise driving team could sort. I cannot stress how frustrating this whole situation has been, using my 30 minute unpaid break out of my 14 hour long shifts to ring up and try and sort this out, all to be told that I have to go and find someone else to insure my car!! The amount of my hard earned money that has gone to this company, ever since I started driving is undeserved on their part and I am so ashamed that I didn’t cancel the policy when these issues first started happening. And I am so disappointed I have been treated this way.Thank you to the kind agents on the phone that helped try and resolve this massive problem.I’ll never be using this company again and will strongly advise anyone not to use this company.
