For the most part, WiseDriving has been fine. My only 2 complaints, are that top up miles are very limited, and that I am 4 days away from my policy ending, and have now received a text to tell me to plug my black box back in, even thought it already was, and then an email not even 10 minutes later saying my insurance has been cancelled. The car has been parked up for the past week, has only been turned on to keep my battery charged whilst it’s not in use. I have proof of my black box being plugged in and flashing, however I can’t even contact them at this time to prove that it was plugged in before they cancelled it.
