Disgraceful company! Pray on young people and pick and choose what they do how they do it when they do it and what they charge. Even asked for their black box back which surely I own as they charge you £150 for it. There tech is poor you can’t change who’s driving if you take it in for a mechanic to do work on your car and test drive it. As per the other 23% of reviews on trust pilot avoid at all costs
