Worst car insurance. They sent me a telematics device to fit into my OBD port….which I did and after fitting they started sending me messages saying about them cancelling my policy if I did not fit the box. I continued to try and call but it is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. I eventually managed to speak to a live agent and they told me to send pictures and asked if it was flashing which I said yes because it was. I sent 7 emails to the contact support email over the course of 7 days and every single day they replied with the same automated email they have been sending from the beginning saying that my policy is going to be cancelled soon. I am so happy and relieved that I changed insurers and I STRONGLY STRONGLY advise staying far away from this company.
