So far I've had no issues with them, after reading some of the reviews I was very sceptical. But the black box instalment was very fast and efficient. Very good and fast customer support. Offered very competitive prices during my first year ( lowest ) and went down pretty much 1k after a year of driving with 90s/100 driving score. And I hope it will carry on like this.
