This company is completely misleading. They never made it clear that a black box was part of the policy, then cancelled my insurance over minor violations. Instead of being understanding, they refused to refund me. Even worse, they took my direct debit and only notified me of the cancellation afterwards, even though the alleged offence happened almost a week before. This feels like a deliberate tactic to take payments unfairly. Poor communication, no transparency, and zero support — avoid this company at all costs.
