Have been with wisedriving for 10 months and recently cancelled early due to being unable to insure my new vehicle. All in all they have been good, easy to contact on live chat and all agents have been friendly and helpful. I have had a lot of queries regarding documents required from them, and Mikyla (I believe she is a customer service agent for the live chat) was extremely courteous and helpful, she is a credit to the company. She explained the fees for cancelling very well and helped me with documents I required for my new insurance. I would recommend WiseDriving, but make sure you read the terms and conditions so you aren’t surprised with the fees for cancelling early.
