Utterly farsical the way they operate. Rang me to say my black box hadn't been checking in and told me to contact a third party to troubleshoot it. In the time it took the third party to say that it was a fault with a box, Wise Driving had decided to cancel my policy. After an hour on the phone it was re-instated, albeit they didn't inform their finance team, and a day later I was sent a message saying my policy was due to be cancelled again. Ludicrous display of pure incompetence, absolutely no signs of internal communication in the company, and apalling treatment of customers, constantly villifying and threatening cancellation at all times.
