If I could give them no stars, I would. This company allowed a person to take a loan out in my name without verifying identity. I had to call 3 times and raise holy hell before I could speak to a supervisor. I had to fill out a fraud affidavit, email it to them and the owner of this company who is accessible by email plus go file a police report, call SSA, freeze my credit, get a court order to have my drivers license number changed, reported it to the FTC, Fort Worth, Tx newspaper as well as the BBB and FBI. Someone added a bank account to this loan as well as an ip address that both do not belong to me. If anyone would like the owner, Tommy Glenn, information for resolution on your issues, I can help :) also I have the ip address owners name, address and phone number for the person who it came back to.
