By far, the worst company that I have ever dealt with have not been able to talk with anyone every time I call, they say that it's the answer service and that someone will give me a call back. Nice try WISELOAN!!!!!!You should have answered your phone or responded to my emails two months AGO!!!!!You got 2 payments which pay you back DOUBLE what you loaned me!!°°B.S!!!!!!YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO ANSWER YOUR F'n PHONE OR RESPOND TO AN EMAIL!!!!!YOU ARE LIARS!
The company is not easy to work with. They are fast to give you loan, but please don't get into a bind where you need to move a date. It is not possible; you will have to double up on payments. The only other options are to refinance and when doing that they will add on extra fees at a high rate, and you longer payments. Just another way to scam more money out of you. I took that bait, please don't, all help isn't good help.
AWEFUL LOYALTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW i have dealt with these people over 20 times over the last 3 years and always paid off my loans early. Same job making same money and only 1 late payment. Said they cannot lend to me. LOL What a joke. Customer service is a bot that always says no human available and when you call the phone number, you get disconnected after 3-5 minutes of holding. What a joke. I asked the human I finally got to see if I could talk to a manager and got a canned response. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
