I purchased a refurbished phone from Wise Market on the 11th of March. It had a battery charging issue from the start. After 2 months the battery died. I sent the phone back and was given a replacement on the 29th May.Unfortunately the replacement phone developed the same issue and eventually died also. I returned the phone on the 12th September at my expense. I received a message on the 24th September saying they were waiting on a response from the vendor. I contacted them again on the 29th September asking for an update. I received a reply on the 1st October stating that if they hadn't heard from the vendor within 24 hours they would supply a full refund. It's now the 9th October and I haven't heard from them again. I've tried calling their customer support number but it just rings out. I would never deal with them again. They end each email with " Have a blessed day " Unfortunately my experience has been the opposite.I have now received a refund ( for the phone but not the postage ) on the 12thOctober.
