I just wanted to update my review below (and also my star rating). Just after I posted the below, I found there was a reply in my inbox received around the same time as my review. It was a standard very polite and nice "we have contacted the vendor to expedite you order" and "thank-you for your patience and understanding." I wrote back and asked for the order to be cancelled...this was address within an hour! The refund back to paypal!While not so happy that the phone was not shipped as expected, and I thought the initial reply could have been faster (my expectation- not a promise by Wise Market), I understand the delay occurred due to a 3rd party vendor's poor response, and not directly Wise Market's fault. I hope they will review 3rd party vendor's who are slow to respond.I am very happy that my money was immediately refunded when I asked for it :) Thank-youI am likely to deal with wise market again.Original reviewI purchased a phone, which was said to ship the next day. There was, however, no option to pay for express shipping. It was to be delivered in 3-6 days. It has been 5 days and is still showing as not shipped. I tried to contact the company via online chat and also by email on day 3 and day 4. I have asked if I can pay for express shipping. I have had not response/ reply, and I have only received a ticket number. I am, admittedly super frustrated without a phone, but also very much regretting buying through wise market. So far, their has been no sign of my phone or any customer support...just cricketsI never write reviews - but hope this will jolt a reply...but expecting more crickets.
