I’ve been using the service for about 4 months now. To be fair, the interface is quite smooth and I didn't have issues with opening trades. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the verification process took an incredibly long time. I had to resend my utility bill three times before it was accepted, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, be cautious with the "account managers" - they tend to call a bit too often, trying to persuade you to deposit more. I prefer to trade on my own terms, thanks. Payouts do come through, but it took nearly 6 days to reach my account last time. It works, but it's certainly not the quickest service available.
