I’ve been using the service for about 4 months now. To be fair, the interface is quite smooth and I didn't have issues with opening trades. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the verification process took an incredibly long time. I had to resend my utility bill three times before it was accepted, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, be cautious with the "account managers" - they tend to call a bit too often, trying to persuade you to deposit more. I prefer to trade on my own terms, thanks. Payouts do come through, but it took nearly 6 days to reach my account last time. It works, but it's certainly not the quickest service available.
This is a great tool for trading. The raw spreads (0.0 pips) align perfectly with my strategy. The platform is stable, and I experience no lag spikes during busy times. My withdrawal reached my bank in under 24 hours, so I'm satisfied. Thank you.
AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRESS. I LEARNED THIS THROUGH A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE, AND THE ANXIETY AND FINANCIAL CONCERNS WERE EXHAUSTING. FORTUNATELY, A SUPPORT TEAM INTERVENED AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME AND HELPED BRING CLARITY AND STABILITY BACK TO MY SITUATION. THANKS TO THEIR ASSISTANCE, I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER ALL MY FUNDS, INCLUDING THE EARNINGS I THOUGHT WERE LOST FOREVER. THE RELIEF OF HAVING EVERYTHING RESTORED IS SOMETHING I CANNOT OVEREMPHASIZE.
