Imagine ghosting a paid customer when they're trying to upgrade their subscription. It's insanity.This is exactly what Wisestamp are doing. I needed an extra seat for a new employee, but their model means you can only buy in batches of 10. There's no way I'm paying for 9 extra seats that aren't needed. I submitted a support request and they came back offering 15, which is fine. When I emailed back asking for the price and next steps, I was ghosted. Wow!Safe to say we're going elsewhere. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially when they're trying to spend more money.
