SCAMMERS! I tried their advertised 'try for FREE' account a long time ago. It was terrible software so I logged out and never used it.Suddenly, a long time later, they have unexpectedly taken $160 from my credit card without my authorisation or permission and claim I am on their paid pro account - which I never set up because their product is so crap.They make it impossible to get hold of them. Their online chat bot refuses to give contact info or to pass you on to an agent unless you are on their paid Team plan. Their email addresses are hidden. I tracked one down and emailed them about this and they ignored what I outlined that they have done and my request for urgent refund, and instead sent me my email login for a supposed 'pro' account. Super dodgy.I am now needing to go through my credit card fraud team to have them investigated and have a chargeback initiated.STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.(And, read all the other reviews below of people who they have done this too).Let's get them shut down, or out of business.Update: they have written the below reply, which is complete nonsense. I have already emailed all of this information to them and sent them many emails and they keep ignoring me. All they want to do is save face in public. They say they take great care of their customers yet I’m now having to go through my credit card fraud team for a chargeback and to block this merchant, report them to scam/fraud authorities and there are many, many other fraud and scam warning reviews from other people on this page who have had their money stolen and cannot get their accounts cancelled.
I've only use the free features and it works wonders. I appreciate tools like this and used it personaly for my mail. But I am a graphic designer and if a client comes asking for a profesional e-mail signature, I will absolutely recomment wisestamp and its pro features!
WiseStamp charged me $70 for an auto-renewal on an account that had been canceled and refunded a year earlier. I provided bank statements and emails proving this, yet they continue to deny the mistake and refuse a refund.Instead of resolving the issue, they gave me the runaround over several emails. They even created a new account with a typo in my email to claim that was the active account they were billing me for. This is to an email account that doesn't even exist!! Each time I clarified the situation with documented proof, they created another reason (excuse) that I couldn't cancel the account (to an email that doesn't exist) and start the whole cycle over again.It’s been weeks of back-and-forth over a clear billing error, handled with zero accountability or transparency. Their support has been evasive and unprofessional. I strongly advise caution before doing business with WiseStamp.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no cancel subscription button so they make you go through a email request just to cancel subscription. I tried it and its no good. Cancelled and a year later they charged my card almost 100.00. No way to get a hold of them.
WiseStamp only allows you, per their fine print, to cancel a subscription 14 days after it renews. Otherwise you have to pay for the entire year with no refunds. They are not up front about this, and the subscription, for what you get - is overpriced and underpowered. I am extremely disappointed with WiseStamp and would love to be able to tell everyone I know never to use their service, and certainly not to sign up for a nonrefundable year of service.
