I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the car rental experience I had through your platform during my recent trip to Istanbul.During the booking process, I had selected a Ford Ecosport or similar vehicle in the SFAV/SUV2 category. However, upon arriving at the rental counter at Istanbul airport, I was offered a Renault Megane instead, which was not in the category I had initially chosen. As a result, this led to some inconvenience and discomfort during my travels.To add to my frustration, the receptionist at the rental counter was incredibly impolite and disrespectful. Not only did they try to convince me that the Dacia Duster with manual transmission, which I was forced to accept due to the lack of luggage space in the Renault Megane, was an upgrade from the Ford Ecosport with automatic transmission, but they also told me they were doing me a favor by not charging extra for the 'upgrade'.Such false information and the receptionist's attempt to manipulate the situation by making me believe that I was receiving an upgrade were completely unacceptable. It further diminished my trust in your company's credibility and customer service.I understand that sometimes car availability may be subject to change, but it would have been appreciated to receive a vehicle closer to my initial selection or to be informed in advance about the unavailability of the chosen category.In addition to the disappointment of not getting the originally booked vehicle, the attitude and behavior of the receptionist left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience with WishCarRental.com.As a result of these multiple grievances, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend WishCarRental.com to anyone for their car rental needs. The discrepancies between the booking and the provided vehicle, along with the inconvenience of having to switch to a different model, combined with the receptionist's behavior, significantly impacted the enjoyment of my trip.I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. Improving customer service and ensuring transparency and honesty in all interactions with clients are essential for a reputable car rental service.
