Es importante tener precaución con este servicio. Tomaron un depósito y luego no se sabe nada sobre él. No responden y te envían de un representante a otro. Si utilizas su plataforma, sin previo aviso, deducirán gastos de tu dinero, incluso del depósito que ya pagaste. Todo se siente poco profesional; definitivamente necesitan mejorar su atención al cliente.

Disappointing experience with deposit return

I rented a car and was charged a 5000 TL deposit, with a promise of a refund at the end of the rental. Upon returning to their location, I found that the refund has not yet been processed. I cannot recommend this service.

Extremely unethical company

This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. They took 2 months to return my deposit, only after I called them multiple times daily. They even deducted £25 as a 'cleaning fee' when they finally refunded me. This company is terrible; please read the reviews before renting.

Not a trustworthy option

I can't recommend dealing with this service as they took a guarantee amount, and after 56 days, I still haven't received a refund. I'm also paying interest on this amount, and there has been no response from them when I reached out.
