Be very careful renting from these. Both my son and daughter booked a five seater doblo for a two week family holiday. Because they had a lot of suitcases we met them at İzmir airport and two of our grandchildren and two cases went in our car. It took 11/2hrs to get the cars both of which were ford tourneo. The vehicles were supplied with no fuel which isn’t a problem as there is a garage at the airport. They arrived late Friday night and we arrived at our holiday home around 1.30am. On the Sunday we decided to go out for lunch and my son and daughter discovered that their vehicles only had seatbelts for 4 passengers. They both contacted Wish who were to say the least unhelpful. My son who is a police officer pointed out that every passenger needs a seatbelt by law in Turkey and they were in breach of contract. After a number of tries to get them to resolve the problem over the next 5 days they gave up. We ended up having to travel everywhere with them which hadn’t been the plan for the holiday. On returning to the UK my son contacted his credit card company who were very good and refunded the whole amount. My daughter contacted Wish to make some sort of arrangement with them to be told that she was an “opportunist” and they would have her blacklisted with all the Carhire companies in Turkey. Not even an apology. She will now also be contacting her credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COST.
