Awful/Non-existent customer service! Incorrect Item received.Ordered the 'wrap' style pet bathrobe x 2, and received one 'wrap' and one 'tie'. Wishislands support asked me to provide photos of the 'tie'/incorrect item which I did gladly, and they then sent me a photo of the 'wrap' item telling me that they had checked with the warehouse and definitely sent me the correct item even though the photos are completely different. Since then it's been back and forth for over a week so far with excuses and subterfuge, all to avoid simply shipping me what I ordered. Original website led me to think the company was in Beaconsfield, item shipped from America and support appears to be China or east-Asia somewhere. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to take a chance that you receive the right items first time.
