Waited over 7 weeks for delivery of a dog towel, no indication this item is beeing shipped from the USA! Checking the tracking number they have supplied the item has been in the UK for over 10 days waiting for delivery. The customer service is in Singapore, they have an address in Beaconsfield and a UK mobile which is not taking messages. I have applied to PayPal for a refund. TOTAL SCAM
