I placed an order on August 27 for items that were supposed to ship immediately. According to the company's shipping policy, these items should ship within 24–48 hours. However, I didn't receive my order until October 4. After nearly a month, I reached out via the provided texting number and received no response. I also emailed and commented on social media, but was ignored each time. Their website claims texting is the fastest way to get a reply, yet I never heard back. When my order finally shipped, one item was refunded without explanation. There was no communication about the refund or the delay. For a $300 order, this experience was unacceptable. I had supported this business multiple times before without issue, but after being ignored and waiting nearly two months, I no longer feel comfortable supporting them.
