Return Policy Issues

I was unable to return a dress that was too large, priced at $60, due to a $3 discount. I didn't realize that such a small discount would prevent a return, but that's the situation. Additionally, the items they produce themselves tend to run small. While they do offer some really cute options, I can't recommend them as a seller, unfortunately. :(

Caution regarding their return policy

Additionally, their own products tend to run small. While they do have some adorable items, I can't endorse them as a seller, sadly :(

Significant delays and lack of communication

I placed an order on August 27 for items that were supposed to ship immediately. According to the company's shipping policy, these items should ship within 24–48 hours. However, I didn't receive my order until October 4. After nearly a month, I reached out via the provided texting number and received no response. I also emailed and commented on social media, but was ignored each time. Their website claims texting is the fastest way to get a reply, yet I never heard back. When my order finally shipped, one item was refunded without explanation. There was no communication about the refund or the delay. For a $300 order, this experience was unacceptable. I had supported this business multiple times before without issue, but after being ignored and waiting nearly two months, I no longer feel comfortable supporting them.

Absolutely fantastic!

I ordered a hat from overseas, and it arrived very quickly. It was in excellent condition and absolutely beautiful. I'm really pleased with the pricing and fast delivery! I would definitely recommend this service.

Awful communication

Communication has been terrible; they don't respond to emails. I ordered my hats and tank top in April, and now it's mid-May with no updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Lack of communication

I received my order and sent an email request within the required two days for returns. They claimed they didn't receive my email in response to my follow-up. I've sent at least three more emails since then with no replies. I would not recommend this company.

Unacceptable business practices

After receiving an email confirmation that I could return two shirts for store credit in a different size due to questionable sizing, I never received the store credit and my follow-up attempts went unanswered. It feels like I've been taken advantage of. They have cute items, but I cannot recommend them.

No free shipping offered

They never provide free shipping, even after spending $500 at their online store. The shipping costs are unreasonable—$28 for two items? It feels like they are profiting excessively. Their return policy is also problematic. I wouldn't spend money here.
