Update: there was a follow up on my experience and another technician was offered to make a reassessment on the condition that the charge would be reversed if the assessment was different by the new technician or else the charge would be 2x. The technical person came, looked at the dishwasher for 5 minutes, and said that it could not be fixed. I paid 75 euros even though they came two days later than what the appointment was fixed for. I had already communicated the problem before hand. If the technician already knew that it could not be fixed why did they come to tell me this in person for 5 minutes and charge me the whole fee? They did not open the system or even try. So they already knew the diagnosis beforehand?
