Very worst experience with Murat, the technician chosen to repair my dishwasher.The 1st time he came and substituted a piece that was not necessary and the dishwasher continued to not work after 10 minutes he left the house. I tried to call him immediately but he did not pick up. In the following days I finally reached him on the phone and invited to come back as the dishwasher still did not work. After one week and thanks to a man from the client service, he came and he understood that the problem was the motor and not the piece by substituted.
