The young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and very knowledgeable but when I first called there, I was really frustrated trying to talk to a robot and I don’t feel that fear for your customers to have to talk to a robot. It was very unprofessional and it was very uncomfortable so yes, talking to the young lady that I spoke to was very knowledgeable. She was very understanding And she made me feel comfortable. Your AI robot gave me anxiety.
