I spoke with two representatives, after explaining my situation to a very nice and professional young man, he transferred me to the proper department and provided that representative with all the information ( I did not not to repeat myself) the 2th young man already knew my problem, he also went above and beyond in assisting me, his customer service skills were also outstanding! and I would like to recognize them both for a job well done! Thank you…. One was name Brandon and I’m sorry I can’t remember the first rep, but I really appreciate you both for assisting me and making my day. Thank you both so much!

It was a pleasure finally talking to a real person instead of AI. The young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and very knowledgeable but when I first called there, I was really frustrated trying to talk to a robot and I don’t feel that fear for your customers to have to talk to a robot. It was very unprofessional and it was very uncomfortable so yes, talking to the young lady that I spoke to was very knowledgeable. She was very understanding And she made me feel comfortable. Your AI robot gave me anxiety.

Federal Employee impacted by shutdown - excellent assistance

I am a federal employee currently working without pay, with no way to know when I will be paid again, therefore my upcoming payment could very well have created a hardship on my family. Brandon was incredibly supportive and understanding. He was able to assist me with adding the payment to the end of the term, and was sure to make me aware that if there is any interest (thankfully there is not), it would continue to accrue. It is hard to ask for help in very uncharted territory, but this experience was definitely a bright spot in my day and made me incredibly grateful for customer service representatives like Brandon.

I was not pleased they did not give me the correct information on the phone went in person with my sick dog that had 9 seizures an was approved for $200 an they tell me what cost was when I paid for cab etc none of that was explained over the phone
