I am very satisfied with all of their services. In today's day and age simplicity and convenience is key and that is exactly what I get with them they're right there when I need them don't have to search for them and very simple to go through for any kind of situation absolutely five stars
I highly recommend this Hugo insurance I was stressing because my car got towed due to previous insurance issues & I needed an insurance right away to get my car released . what a lifesaver very convenient & so fast it didn’t take long to process & got it right away
First of all this insurance company has legitimate insurance. Now the downside is is that once you pay they want you to keep paying and it's not really pay as you go. I couldn't turn the insurance off on the days that I wasn't driving and leave it on for the days that I wasn't so they ended up canceling the policy. There are other companies out there that do the same thing they may cost a little less but they give you that control that you need for the days that you're not driving and the days when you are. But this is legitimate company. With really high prices. I just used it the one time to get my car off the lot and then I went and found more affordable insurance. I was going to keep it but to keep the policy would have made me pay double or what I'm paying now.

Although it took a day, he was always prompt in his responses, incredibly helpful, and maintained a friendly demeanor. I will continue my service with this company, as I believe it would have been much more challenging to address the issue with another representative.
