I initially LOVED the scale. Worked great for 3 months. Body comp tracking super helpful! but then the handle broke (would not retract). Withings makes you ship the broken scale to then before sending a new one... So the process was over 2 weeks without a scale. Then... the 2nd scale stopped measuring body comp. Same thing - 2-3 weeks later new scale... This 3rd scale will not connect to WiFi AND the body comp doesn't work. SO... starting the process for a 4th scale. Seriously - for a $500 scale, this is nuts.
