I purchased an outfit (~$500 for singlet and mini skirt) before midday on a Thursday, and paid additional $15 for overnight shipping. On their shipping page as viewed on mobile, it says that will get me next day delivery. Unfortunately my outfit didn’t arrive till Monday, so the event I planned to wear it to over the weekend had passed. I requested a refund of the $15 shipping plus free returns (cost $10 to return) and was told that’s not possible, even though the shipping guideline was incorrect. If a customer pays $15 for ‘overnight next day delivery’ as advised on the website, that is what they expect. If the brand does not meet the standard they set, the customer should be entitled to a refund. Very disappointing customer service, not worth shopping with them again. I’ve had similar situations with brands before that have been much more positive experiences, regardless of whether they can refund me or not - they meet me halfway and apologise. With Jean is not worth the hassle.
