Appalling!
It’s extremely difficult to navigate the App and impossible to locate “the Brain” etc. I wanted to close my Isa as I deposited a sum of money which it did not accept but I was not allowed to; I had to go through customer support who were useless. I had endless emails asking for information which I sent several times. I have anxiety and boy has this increased tenfold. I felt as though I was up against a brick wall
