Signed up to 1st yearly plan which cost me £72. My account says next payment due in October 2026. My bank has informed me if an upcoming payment of £72 to be taken monthly from May 4th, only 6 months in to yearly contract. Spent over an hour soaking to 2 different departments. 1st woman I spoke to fully agreed with me that she can't see anything to explain why these future payments are set up to come out. 2nd woman said the same. I sent a screenshot from bank account proving the future payments which they confirmed they received. Still waiting for them to investigate and awaiting a response. Will be cancelling my subscription before they steal any money from me. Phone call i made has been recorded as proof of all the above!
