The customer service is incredibly frustrating; you really need to be tech-savvy to understand the terms they use. I had to wait a long time in chat to get support, with constant delays between messages. There's no direct phone support or human representatives available. It feels like they are too busy to care about your issues, making it easier to lose your service than to actually help. The issue could probably be resolved if there was someone dedicated to assist, but the interruptions suggest they are helping someone else after giving you direction. I spent over an hour with no resolution, and when I expressed my frustration, they just offered a return for the item. I'm concerned that if I return it, it will just be resold, making things worse. I've never felt this frustrated and let down by a product and received so little support. I will return this and will not buy from them again!
