The customer service is very lacking; you really need to be tech-savvy to grasp the terminology. Additionally, I had to wait a long time in the chat to receive support, with constant interruptions between messages. There’s no direct phone support or human representatives available. It feels like they are too busy to care about your issues, making it easier to lose your service than to actually help. The problem could likely be resolved if there was a dedicated person to assist, but the interruptions suggest they are helping someone else after giving you guidance. I spent over an hour with no resolution, and when I expressed my frustration, they simply offered a return for the item. I worry that if I return it, it will just be put back on the shelf for resale, worsening the situation. I have never felt so frustrated and let down by a product and received so little support. I will return this and will not purchase from them again!

Terrible experience, impossible to connect. Even if you manage to connect, they disconnect at random. Since the app changed to WIZ V2, I haven't been able to connect the bulbs at all. I've tried all the suggestions from the live chat multiple times. Now I have very expensive bulbs that function as ordinary cheap bulbs. Total waste of money with no proper help available…don’t waste your money on these!
I've loved these lamps for years and was initially nervous when they were acquired by another company in 2019. My concern was that the product would be simplified to avoid competition with premium options or discontinued. Five years later, everything is better than ever! The main appeal for me was customization and being 'smart', but I don't need to use the app all the time. I use it for simple automation and to create light scenes that I update on physical remotes. The app has recently added deeper customization features, which I felt were lacking before. I now feel I’ve found the ideal light system: affordable, intuitive, and smart but not overly complicated. I recommend these to everyone, regardless of tech skill. They are a reliable light solution that works well and can be expanded. While some technical issues may arise during setup, these are inexpensive to try. Just buy one, see if you like it, and if not, return it or use it as a normal bulb. I believe this system will last and continue to be supported.
Completely ineffective. I bought four so-called smart lights, and three out of four won’t connect. I reached out to the company for replacements since the product is under warranty, but they are refusing to send them. I've received various excuses about stock issues and courier details that sound meaningless. I've been messaging them daily for about a month. It's an absolute scam; please do not buy from this company, as you will be disappointed.
Unbelievably poor support. They did not even attempt to help. I received generic answers from an email bot, with no real assistance. Yet, every other day they claim, 'we believe your concerns have been addressed,' which they clearly have not!
