I would leave no stars if that was possible, wizkidz sold me a kiss promoted commander deck and will not give me a timeline of when they can replace it. I sent them the deck over a month ago and all they keep telling me is “we are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets right now and are unable to provide you with a timeline” Wizkidz sells overpriced products which need to come with an overpriced customer service experience and I am a completely appalled at how horrible this has been, I submitted my ticket in October and it is now the day before December and they can still not give me an answer to anything Completely worthless
