They are a scam! I purchased a Jellycat from them. It took awhile to finally ship and then when we finally got it, it was a FAKE. I emailed them with pictures of the item and how it was a fake and all they told me was that they would send me another one. That was over a month ago. They keep putting off my requests, telling me they have to wait for the warehouse to give them tracking information. They are 100% a SCAM and I would never buy from here again.

Ordered on 15th..The money was taken out of my acct immediately and expected item for xmas.No tracking no communication no product..Just sad..I will be contacting my bank today filing a chargeback I would advise you all to do the same before its too late..Maybe they are pulling a dorkside and going to close.
When I received my shipment from Whiz Kids it was missing six items. The items were listed on the email notice Whiz Kids sent informing me the order had shipped. However, they were not in the package nor were they listed on the enclosed packing slip. The Whiz Kids shop website does not have any mention of customer service nor does what is under "contact us" provide any indication of how to contact customer service. I finally managed to find an email address for customer service on the Whiz Kids facebook page and sent a email but have received no response. I suspect I am out the $50 I paid for items that were not delivered.
No communication or order fulfillment. No way to contact them. I placed an order on Dec 7th. Two full weeks later they have not only NOT shipped the order they have not responded to my request for a status update after multiple days. There is NO phone number to call to get customer service. If they don't respond to my email in another couple of days my only recourse will be to initiate a chargeback and report them to the AGs office. Horrific company.
Ordered on Dec 4, they didn't ship for another 15 days even though the website said they'd ship within 2 business days. The order was split in 2, they gave me the same tracking for both packages. On Christmas Eve, I get 1 package, not 2, but both are marked as "complete." I have no idea if I'll ever see the other package, but I know it won't be here for Christmas.Customer service either doesn't respond, or responds with a vaguely cryptic message about being patient. Don't buy, not even if it's a great sale.
Have been a retailer for this company for many years and have enjoyed their products greatly. Old issues seem to be going away with the new management team. Quality is returning and my store is increasing its orders once again. Keep up the great work Wizkids Team!
Pre-ordered two plushes on november 2023 the 24th, the items got delayed, no problem... But when they finally got in-stock, the order was never sent. Order status is still in "confirmed" with no answer from the customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them (not even for a refund, but first to know why my plushes still haven't been sent ??!). 2025, still 0 response, 0 refund. Don't buy from them.
