I know it won't change much i will write about it but the experience i had today need to be heard.
I was catching a morning fly from Katowice to London at 6am.
When i was checking in i got a message i need to present a document i am a UK resident.
I arrived on the airport and i presented my Uk Government letter and it was not accepted for the first time. There is no clear message the document have to be specific from the orginal one.
After 23 years of living legally in UK i wasn't allowed to fly.
You need to fill up the form which is very confusing. I ask kindly for help and i been refused.
I am not doing well mentally i am on medication this situation put me in very bad state, i was trying to do in on my own and i was keep failing.
In a act of desperation i started begging for help the stuff being upset, i was denied and the supervisor /menager told me i am acting upset to forced them to help me and she left. I was begging all the Wizz Air stuff for help but no luck.
In the end i was trying to do the ETA as this was a option which firstly i been told by the polish Wizz Air stuff i cant, but i took my chance and it worked. Unfortunately they lady didn't wait and closed the gate before 5.35 am and i was left at the airport. Its hard to believe people can be so cold. I also notice one of the member of stuff started to help other couple while i stand next to them, they managed to get the help and manage ti catch the flight I did record that for a proof when i made a complaint to Wizz Air.
I will be avoiding Wizz Air at all cost and will be advise others too, Ryanair these days are actually ok plus if you get priority pass you can choose your seat Wizz air not.
