I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism. This airline is a total mockery; they ignore emails, their phone support is non-existent, and they treat paying customers with absolute contempt. I have already escalated my case to the ECC (European Consumer Centre). I will never fly with this excuse of an airline again. Save your money and your sanity—book elsewhere!
