Communication over Email and Instagram were good and clear. Received an email before proceeding with order indicating that estimated time was 300-450 days, package arrived within timeframe. Custom text instructions were clearly explained and drawings were made 2 weeks later. Adjustments made were also easily communicated through email. Received notification from DHL and Wjapan when shipment was ready and only took 2 days to be shipped from Japan to New Zealand. Professional high quality photo of the order posted on their Instagram.
