I paid $478.00 for a pair of blue boxing gloves, and as of today I have received NOTHING!
They just say, "We will check the current status of order #XXXXX" and get back to you shortly with an update". And that was on July of 2024. I tried canceling the order and get my money back, but PayPal says it has expired as a protected purchase, because they take almost 400 days to finish any order. So, I was robbed.
Good customer service. Ordered Full set of custom Winning on December 25 2024, finished manufacturing on January 13 2026 and arrived by January 15 2026. Communication over Email and Instagram were good and clear. Received an email before proceeding with order indicating that estimated time was 300-450 days, package arrived within timeframe. Custom text instructions were clearly explained and drawings were made 2 weeks later. Adjustments made were also easily communicated through email. Received notification from DHL and Wjapan when shipment was ready and only took 2 days to be shipped from Japan to New Zealand. Professional high quality photo of the order posted on their Instagram. Products received are of highest quality and I would highly recommend Wjapan when purchasing Winning gear, 100% authentic and legitimate.
I would give zero stars if I could they ripped my son off, they are supposed to give him a refund. He bought 2 things from them to the amount of about 800 dollars usd and they haven't turned up and we haven't received a refund. This company is a scam and their customer service is disgraceful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They don't respond promptly to communication and are a sham of a company. We will never buy from you again and we have let PayPal and our bank know you are a fraud. I hope you go bankrupt you disgust me.

The best custom Winning gear! Takes forever to get it (up to a year). But well worth the wait. We got our 2nd set of custom colors along with my son's name embroidered on the gear. Looks beautiful and the quality is course, 2nd to none being Winning. We are very happy.
