The communication was really bad and the shipping took more than double the time they said. I ordered in 2022 and it should have been up to 180 days to actually get the gloved I ordered but in the end it was more than 400 days. I contacted them several times to get and update and they assured me several Times the gloves would be shipped soon but they never did. When I tried to refund they finally delivered. The Service was also very bad. Took them long to answer, often emailed only a few words in Response and no excuse or anything for delaying for more than 200 (!) days.The gloves seem to be outstanding (as to be exspected at this price range), but the whole expierence was horribly unworthy for a 'premium' brand. Not worth the hustle.
