I had the misfortune of ordering from WJapan, and let me tell you, it’s been a nightmare. I placed my order over a year ago, and I'm still waiting. Communication? Non-existent. Every time I tried to reach out for updates, I was met with silence or vague responses that seemed like they were pulled from a template.I finally reached my breaking point and had to cancel my order. It’s infuriating to think about how long I waited for something that never arrived. I understand that delays can happen, but over a year? That’s just ridiculous. I’ve ordered from other places and received my items with no issues, but WJapan really takes the cake for the worst customer experience ever.If you're considering ordering from this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
