EDIT:They finally compensated me for the extended wait time for my gloves and headgear (read below, the drawstring bag and wraps). I have changed by rating from 1 to 5 star to reflect their customer service and compensation, but please read the original review below. ORIGINALI ordered a headgear and gloves from Wjapan April 21st 2023, and was told there will be a long wait time of 250-360 days, with my order expected to be shipped by March 2024.In March 2024, I followed up to track the progress. I was told my order had not been produced then I was told April 2024. Then April came, and they told me it was another 40-70 days...And then after 70 days (it was June at this point), they had told me end of August. Then it was pushed to September and they offered handwraps, knuckle guard and bag as compensation.My gloves and headgear finally arrived after a 504 day wait. With multiple delays. I was very happy with the condition of the gloves and headgear with custom print. However, my compensation items weren't in the package and I have emailed to follow up. They had asked me to change my review and I told them not until I get sent my compensation items for having my order delayed by 140 days. Overall, the gloves and headgear are great, but be prepared to wait 2 years and not be compensated for for delayed times. WJapan, if you see this, I'd be more than happy to change my review, or will I have to wait 500 days for handwraps as well?
